RISK MANAGEMENT
We, in RV MARZAN, analyze the factors where we can encounter risks in rendering logistics services to our clients. We conduct road and on-site inspection or survey prior to all our deliveries/pick-ups. We require safety gears (PPE) for all our field personnel. We consider / anticipate delays being caused by damage, repairs, port and road congestion and cargo theft as part of our business planning stage. We can manage any liability for loss and fines for non compliance.
LOAD DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
ROUTE PLANNING AND METHODOLOGY
To better plan the movement of your Project Cargoes, we require not only survey of your machines and delivery site but also road survey. Methodology will be provided after each survey.
JACKING AND SKIDDING SYSTEM
We have a jack and skidding system to offer our clients, for cargoes and delivery sites that cranes and forklifts are inaccessible.
